Orders within the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully insured courier service guaranteed within 72 hours from despatch.

European Shipping

Orders to the European Union are sent by fully insured Airsure. This is an express airmail service that requires a signature on arrival.

Items are usually passed to your domestic postal service and delivered by your mailman. Delivery is often within 2-6 working days from the date of your order.

International Shipping

Orders outside the European Union are sent by fully insured Airsure. This is an express airmail service that requires a signature on arrival.

Items are usually passed to your domestic postal service and delivered by your mailman. Delivery is often within 3-10 days from the date of your order.

Please note that countries with unreliable domestic postal services may experience longer delivery times. This applies to countries in Africa, South America, some countries in Asia and undeveloped countries.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs checks and duties, however, we mark down the customs value of all our international orders to ensure you do not incur additional charges.


Insurance & Shipping Problems

All our items are fully insured against loss and damage. If you do not receive your product within a timely manner, please inform us so we can investigate. As soon as we have established with the carrier that your item has been lost we will send you out a replacement item immediately.

All our products are securely packed, however, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please inform us as soon as possible. You must retain the packaging the item was sent in and we will request you return this to us along with the item. We will then send you out a replacement item without delay.

In the event we are unable to send you a replacement item due to it being out of stock, we will offer you a full and immediate refund or invite you to choose another product.
